There’s a new copyright infringement lawsuit involving one of the top games on Roblox.

The plaintiff in the case is Bizarre Academia, LLC.

They own the game Da Hood.

Da Hood has over two billion lifetime visits on Roblox, and is ranked by RoMonitor as the #138 experience by concurrent active users.

Da Hood’s owner is suing the owners of the games Dah Aim Trainer, The Hood Customs, and Da Fallen, alleging copyright infringement.

It is still early in the case. And ultimately it will be up to the jury to decide if the games infringe Da Hood’s copyrights.
