We start a patent trial on Monday as parachute trial counsel.
Normally, the day after Thanksgiving is for getting a Christmas tree... but this year I'm doing some last minute trial prep in the office.
Chad Colton, Josephine Kovacs, Heather Laske, Natasha Voloshina, and I are heading up to Seattle this weekend for the trial, where we'll be camped out for a couple of weeks. So I'll probably be dark on here for a bit!
