Not just another goofy video

Many of you only know me from my goofy video game law videos. So I want to tell you more about what I actually do. 

I’m a partner in a litigation boutique law firm. And we specialize in high stakes, bet-the-company cases, and actually taking those cases to trial, before a jury.

For example, last year, I represented James Martin, an inventor who was on shark tank, in a two week long jury trial.  The jury awarded Mr. Martin nearly $30 million, the largest verdict ever in the county.

A few months ago we represented Odell Beckham, Jr. in a jury trial against Nike. Nike sought $15 million from Mr. Beckham, but the jury awarded Nike nothing.

So although the videos are kind of silly and fun, when it comes to the work, we take it very seriously; we are one of the top trial law firms on the west coast.
