JOGO, Chad Mustard, and Typical Gamer file a counter-claim in the Red vs. Blue lawsuit battle royale!

This is a juicy allegation: They’re alleging that Martic registered for unreal fest under a fake name, introduced himself to @TypicalGamer as a fan, then later yelled “FUCK YOU!” in front of other attendees and called Typical Gamer a homophobic slur and challenged him to a boxing match!

Now some allegations about MM Games’ “anti-competitive behavior” by (allegedly) spamming Fortnite Creative to “artificially boost exposure and popularity”:

Jogo claiming that MM Games has been abusing the DMCA system with false copyright claims.

Here Jogo alleges that MM Games actually copied Jogo’s map, and tried to claim copyrights over Jogo’s work:

They claim that MM Games appended the words “Super Powers” to its map, to confuse players into thinking it was Jogo’s map, and also so MM Games’ map would appear first in search results:

Ultimately, they bring counterclaims for false DMCA, Unfair Competition, and Intentional Interference with economic advantage.
