Fortnite Battle Royale! Red vs. Blue vs. Red vs. Blue--Injunction DENIED

Hot off the presses... moments ago the Court issued a tentative ruling DENYING MM Games' request for an injunction to de-platform Jogo Studios' Super Red Vs Blue Fortnite game.

There is still an oral argument, so it is possible (though very unlikely) that the Court will change its mind.

I will break down the ruling in the coming days.

This is a big win for most Fortnite and Roblox UGC developers. As I'll explain another time, a different result could've created chaos and a multitude of lawsuits on the platforms.
