Alex Newtron defaults! So now what?
I've been writing and making videos about the copyright lawsuit against the Roblox user known as Alex Newtron, over his use of a 100+ year old song in his Roblox game, MeepCity.
Alex was finally served (by email and mail) since the plaintiff couldn't catch him in person.
And the Court officially entered a default against him yesterday.
So now what?
The plaintiff will need to prove his damages--i.e., how much money he is entitled to get.
I'll cover that process in a later post.
